The El Paso Museum of Art (EPMA) went through a rebranding of their logo and want a commemorative store product. They also had a refresh of their Samuel H. Kress Foundation Gallery and would like a store product to reflect that as well.

Design Process
The Samuel H. Kress Foundation's most prominent piece in the collection is the View of the Molo by Giovanni Antonio Canal. I took the columns with the quatrefoil as my main source of inspiration.

The final product changed from a mug to a wine tumbler to reflect the elegance of the Kress Collection. After researching manufacturers, I went with one that could do a complete full wrap around the glass.
The EPMA mug went through several design iterations. One option was using the sculpture outside the doors of the museum but was scrapped because the piece is a loan and not a permanent installation.
