Uncaged Art: Tornillo Children's Detention Camp

An exhibit of artwork recovered from Tornillo Children's Detention Camp was put up at the Centennial Museum and Chihuahuan Desert Gardens. The phrase "A Quetzal cannot be caged" was used during an interview with a child from that detention camp. It is the main inspiration for the design.
